Booking Policy
Effective 3 August 2026
Please read these policies before booking with Tiffany Aliceandra Aesthetics. They apply to all consultations, treatments, procedures and services.
Consent forms and appointments
A full medical history must be completed before any treatment. This will be provided at the start of your appointment.
Please tell us about any medications, allergies or previous complications. Treatment cannot go ahead without this information.
Appointments are booked in one-hour slots, with your consultation taking place at the beginning of the appointment.
Deposit
A £25 deposit is required at the time of booking. All deposits are strictly non-refundable; the remaining balance is taken on the day after treatment.
Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Dedicated time is set aside for appointments, so please make sure you can attend before booking.
We will always try to be flexible where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to rearrange your appointment.
Children
For safety reasons, children under 16 are not allowed in the clinic unless fully supervised by an adult, due to sharp needles and clinical equipment.
Ongoing standards
Infection-control procedures are reviewed regularly and updated where necessary in line with current clinical guidance.
Daily risk assessments are carried out for treatments and clinic activities.
Products and sharps are stored and handled in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
Clear walkways are maintained to prevent slips and trips, and treatment couches and equipment are regularly inspected.
Suitability and right to refuse treatment
Client safety and ethical practice take priority. Tiffany Aliceandra Aesthetics may refuse or postpone treatment if:
A medical contraindication is identified, treatment is not clinically appropriate, or unrealistic expectations are expressed.
You are underage for the treatment or unable to provide identification.
You appear intoxicated or unwell, or there are concerns around vulnerability, coercion or suitability.
Infection control
Treatment rooms and surfaces receive medical-grade cleaning twice daily and after every client.
Hand hygiene is followed before and after all procedures, with appropriate single-use PPE used where clinically required.
Clinical waste and sharps are handled and disposed of in line with UK regulations.
Limitation of liability
Tiffany Aliceandra Aesthetics will not be liable for expected side effects, known risks disclosed during consent, complications arising from undisclosed medical history, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
My commitment to you
To deliver treatments ethically and responsibly, with informed consent obtained before treatment.
To protect vulnerable individuals and decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
